If you are coming back from an extended leave, you can reactivate your account and start contributing again!

To reactivate your account:

  1. Go to the Help / Contact Us page.
  2. Click on the tab Submit a ticket to access the contact us form.
  3. Fill out the fields of the contact us form. In the ticket information section, enter the following information:
    • Subject: write a descriptive title, such as Reactivate my account.
    • Type: choose Other.
    • Description: provide the username and/or the email address last used to access your account.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. When you receive a confirmation from the Help Desk that your account is reactivated, you can now login and start contributing!

Note: After reactivating your account, you will need to reset your notifications preferences in your account settings (See: How do I manage my notification settings?).
