• If the opportunity creator offers you the position, you will receive a notification via GCconnex. Click Messages, open the message with the details of the offer, and click the link provided in the message. You will be redirected to the opportunity page.

• Confirm with your supervisor that you are available and approved to participate.
•  If your supervisor approves your participation; Click on Accept to participate in the opportunity. 
•  If you are no longer able to participate in the opportunity, click Decline. On the following page, use the drop down menu and provide the reason(s) for declining the opportunity.
