You may need to change your email address with the Email Transformation Initiative underway or when changing departments. Please note that you do not need to make a new account in GCconnex. Simply follow the steps below to update your email address.


  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. In the profile card that opens, select My Profile. 
  3. Once in your profile, click Edit. 
  4. Scroll down to Email settings.

  5. Enter your new email address in the Email address box.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
  7. Check the email account for an email that will ask you to click on a link to complete the request. Click on the link or copy and paste the link into your browser. This ensures that the account is valid. Your email address has been changed.
